These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Woosh Laundry System (the "App"), published by AVIT. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for running your laundry business. The App is licensed, not sold.
2. One-time purchase
Woosh is offered as a one-time purchase (₱599). There is no subscription. Purchases are processed by the App Store, and any refunds, taxes, and billing are handled under the App Store's terms and policies, not by us directly.
3. Your data and backups
The App stores your data locally on your device. You are responsible for your data, including making backups. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from a lost, damaged, or reset device, or from failing to keep an exported backup. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Printed job orders
Printed job orders produced by Woosh are for laundry tracking and claiming only. They are not official receipts, BIR-accredited invoices, sales invoices, or tax documents. You are responsible for complying with any tax, invoicing, or regulatory requirements that apply to your business.
5. Printer compatibility
The App supports certain thermal printers, but compatibility may vary depending on your phone and printer model. We do not guarantee that the App will work with every printer, and printer hardware is not provided by us.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute it except as permitted by applicable law or the App Store terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVIT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
