1. Who we are
Woosh (Woosh Laundry System) is a mobile point-of-sale app for small laundry shops, published by AVIT. This policy explains what data the app handles and how. If you have questions, contact us at ivan@avit.dev.
2. Data you enter
You can enter information to run your shop, such as your shop name and contact details, services and prices, customer names and phone numbers, orders, payments, and notes.
All of this is stored locally on your device only. It is not transmitted to us or to any third party. We have no servers that receive or store this data, and we cannot see it.
3. No account, no tracking
- Woosh does not require an account, email, or login.
- Woosh does not include analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs.
- Woosh does not collect device identifiers for advertising or build a profile of you.
- The app's core features work fully offline.
4. Device permissions
Woosh may ask for a few permissions only to provide specific features. You can decline them, and the rest of the app will keep working.
- Bluetooth — to discover and connect to a thermal receipt printer so you can print Laundry Job Orders. Bluetooth is used only for printing and is not used to track your location.
- Photos / files — only if you choose to add a shop logo or save an exported backup. Images you pick stay on your device.
5. Backups and sharing
You can export your data as a backup file from Settings. When you do, the file is created on your device and you choose where it goes (for example, saving it to your files or sharing it via another app). We do not receive a copy.
When you share a job order as text or an image, it is sent through the app you select (such as a messaging app). What happens to it after that is governed by that app's own privacy policy.
6. Children
Woosh is a business tool intended for shop owners and is not directed at children.
7. Data security and loss
Because your data lives only on your device, its safety depends on your device. If your phone is lost, damaged, or reset, your Woosh data may be lost unless you have exported a backup. We recommend exporting a backup regularly.
8. Changes to this policy
If we add features in the future that change how data is handled (for example, an optional cloud backup), we will update this policy and the date above before that feature is enabled. Optional features will stay optional.
