Getting started
- Open Woosh and tap through the quick setup: shop name, your first service, and an optional printer.
- No account, email, or internet is required — you can start taking orders right away.
- You can change your shop details, services, and payment methods anytime in Settings.
Printing & printers
- Woosh supports 58mm and 80mm Bluetooth thermal printers (such as XPrinter and Goojprt).
- Make sure the printer is on, charged, and within Bluetooth range, then scan from Settings → Printer.
- On iPhone, only Bluetooth LE printers appear in-app — pair them inside Woosh, not in iOS Settings.
- If a print fails, you can reprint anytime, or share the job order as text or an image instead.
Your data & backups
- Woosh stores everything on your phone only — there's no cloud sync.
- If your phone is lost, damaged, or reset, your data may be lost unless you export a backup.
- Export all your data anytime from Settings → Backup & export. We recommend doing it weekly.
