Do I need to pay monthly?
No. Woosh is a one-time ₱599 payment. There's no subscription, no SMS credits, and no cloud account to keep paying for.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Woosh is local-first and works fully offline. You can create orders, print, search, and view reports with no connection at all.
What printers does it support?
Supported 58mm and 80mm Bluetooth thermal printers (such as XPrinter and Goojprt). Printer compatibility may vary depending on your phone and printer model. Every order can also be shared as text or an image if printing isn't available.
Do I need to create an account?
No account, no email, no login. Open the app, set up your shop, and start taking orders.
Where is my data stored? Is it backed up?
Your data lives on your phone only. If your phone is lost, damaged, or reset, your data may be lost unless you export a backup. You can export all your data anytime from Settings — we recommend doing it weekly.
Are printed job orders official receipts?
No. Printed job orders in Woosh are for laundry tracking and claiming only. They are not BIR-accredited invoices or tax documents.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes, Woosh runs on both iPhone and Android. It's designed as a single-device system for one phone per shop.
